Overview

Everest Cho La Pass Trek is an ultimate adventurous journey in the Khumbu region. Passing the shelters of the prominent Sherpa people and walking through the rugged trail, you reach to the picturesque Gokyo valley. Cho La Pass (5330m) is the thrilling high pass, which is technical section of this trip. The trek connects Everest Base Camp finally and uses the main trail to trek down Lukla.

Crossing the Cho La Pass is the huge day with a trek from early morning through the steep and rocky trail. As it goes over 5300 meters, it requires good physical fitness and acclimatization. From Lobuche, you walk through the main trail and trek further to the Everest base camp and Kalapatthar.

01 DayArrive in Kathmandu (1300m), transfer to the hotel and dinner with the Nepali cultural program.

Namaste and welcome to Nepal. As you arrive Kathmandu, Vertex Holiday’s airport representative receives you at the airport and transfer to the hotel. After getting refreshed, we give you a short briefing and orientation by our trekking leaders. The evening is wonderful with a dinner with the Nepali cultural program. Overnight at hotel.
