Terms and Conditions

Vertex Holiday warmly welcomes you to our terms and condition section. It is necessary to understand about the terms and conditions of the company that show the written agreement between you and us (company).

The Contract
Contract is done between you (service taker) and us (company- service provider). Vertex Holiday prepares a contract and we request you to read this contract thoroughly. It avoids some simple mis-understandings.

Booking
20% of the total trip cost should be deposited at the time of booking. The remaining payment can be done after your arrival in Nepal. Advance helps us to book the services for you. It ensures your trips.

Cancellation
Vertex Holiday will not be liable for the trip cancellation due to any kind of natural disasters, such as: landslides, floods, over raining, earthquake and others. We are not liable to return the trip costs in such situation rather we can offer an alternative trip for you.

Insurance
Insurance should be done by you. In mountainous region or the Himalayan region, there are no good hospitals. If you need an emergency rescue, helicopter should be used. In this case, insurance covers this cost and you can still enjoy the trip.

Taking the belongings safe
During your travel, we take care of the belongings of our clients. However, the final liability should be up on you if you loss anything by yourselves. Vertex Holiday suggests you to bring your important things like passport on your special waist bag or on your day bag. Please, do not put such important things in large baggage.

Flight Cancellation
The weather changes very fast in the mountains. It may caused flight delay or cancellation. In case there is a flight cancellation, the extra cost for food and accommodation should be covered by you. The company will not be liable for any kind of inevitable flight change due to delay or cancellation.

Risk Assumption
The company will not take the responsibility for any kind of risks, personal injury and unexpected death of the clients.

Special Requests
If you have any special requests regarding the services, foods or accommodations, please, let us know beforehand. These requests are properly responded on time.

Complaints
Vertex Holiday consider any complaints regarding company services and any drawbacks on the include lists. It should be given within 15 days of the ending deadline of the trips.
