The Mt.Everest Heli Tour is a relaxing and easy way to explore the breathtaking views of the high Himalayan Mountain Range. The four days Everest Heli tour begins from Kathmandu, exploring the various UNESCO World Heritage sites including temples, palaces, and courtyards built in the medieval era. After completing sightseeing, there will be a musical meditation program with Singing Bowl and other traditional equipment. The next day the tour heads to Hotel Everest view, which is also a famous viewpoint in the region，Hotel Everest view has been listed on the Guinness Book of world records (2004) as the Highest placed Hotel in the world at 13000ft, where can see 360-degree view including Mount Everest Then the next important destination of the tour is Kalapathar which lies just on the lap of Mount Everest. Here, the Helicopter will stop for around 10 to 15 minutes to explore the scenery. The up-close and magnificent view of Mt.Everest 8848 and surrounding peaks from a comfort of a helicopter will make this tour an amazing experience. Then the tour continues to the famous Gokyo Lake (4800m). The amazing view of Gokyo Lake with the snowcapped mountains on the backdrop will definitely give you chills. After admiring the beauty of the Everest region our tour will then conclude as we fly back to Kathmandu.
Weather and Cancellation:
In the case of dense fog, rainfall, snowfall, strong winds, or low clouds: it will be difficult for the pilot to navigate through safely. The weather in the mountains is one of the major reasons for the cancellation of a flight.
If your tour is canceled due to bad weather conditions, we can reschedule it for the next day without any additional charges. However, if we are unable to reschedule your flight for the next day, then we will issue a refund

After breakfast at the hotel, we will set out for the sightseeing tour in Kathmandu, which includes UNESCO-listed world heritage sites. Pashupatinath temple, Boudhanath, Swayambhunath, Kathmandu Durbar Square in Kathmandu are among them. However, there are in total seven world heritage sites in the Kathmandu valley. Returning back from the sightseeing tour, After completing sightseeing, there will be a musical meditation program with Singing Bowl and other traditional equipment Overnight at the hotel.
You will be assisted to Tribhuwan International Airport for your amazing Mt.Everest Heli Tour in the morning before 6:30. After checking in at the domestic terminal of TIA, it will take around half an hour for preparation and briefing for your flight. The tour begins from Kathmandu International Airport and the flight will take around 45 minutes over the green hills of rhododendron forests before landing at Lukla. From Lukla the panoramic view of mountain peaks Langtang Lirung (7,234m), Shishapangma (8,013m), Gyachung Kang (7,952m), Pumori (7,161m), Nuptse (7,855m), Lhotse (8,516m), and Ama Dablam (6,812m) can be seen. After stopping at Lukla for defueling for 10 minutes, the flight will head towards the Everest View Hotel. During a 30 minute stop, you can have your breakfast enjoying the magnificent view of Mt.Everest, Amadablam, and Lhotse. Then a 10-minute flight will take you to Kalapathar which is around 5200 meters in height. This place is the major destination for viewing Mt.Everest (8848m) up close and personal. Other notable views include Nuptse, Amadablam, Thamserku (6806m), and Khumbu Glacier. After a break of around ten to fifteen minutes, we will fly to the beautiful Gokyo Lake, situated at 4800 meters. The major Mountain View from Gokyo is Mt.Cho Oyu (8188m) and Cholatse (6440m). After admiring the pristine lake with a mountain peak on the backdrop the tour will head back to Lukla for refueling. Then a flight back to Kathmandu will conclude the Everest Heli tour. A representative from Vertex Holiday will then drop you at your hotel.
